Protected PDF Questions

- I have PDF files from NFPA that were purchased before August 2nd, 2006. They are listed in 'My Digital Editions' in Reader. Now, when I go to view one of these files, I get a message: The use of Adobe DRM features requires that only certified plug-ins be loaded. Do you wish to restart Reader with only certified plug-ins?
- I was using a PDF file under 'My Digital Editions', then I wanted to use an NFPA PDF file I purchased after August 2nd, 2006. When I double-clicked on the file, I got the message: The current instance of Acrobat / Reader was loaded in "Certified Mode" and cannot open the document you are attempting to view.
- So, is this plug-in uncertified? Is it OK for my Acrobat / Reader system?
