NFPA 1126: Standard for the Use of Pyrotechnics Before a Proximate Audience, 2006 Edition
| Description | Table of Contents |
NFPA 1126: Standard for the Use of Pyrotechnics Before a Proximate Audience provides requirements for the protection of property, operators, performers, support personnel, and the viewing audiences where pyrotechnic effects are used indoors or outdoors with a proximate audience. Application includes use of such effects in conjunction with theatrical, musical, or similar performing arts productions.
Maximize safety with these changes in the 2006 edition of this Standard:
- New definitions were added, some based on terms used in other NFPA® fireworks and pyrotechnics documents.
- Revised provisions increase the number of portable fire extinguishers required for a performance.
The document also incorporates organizational and editorial changes that improve consistency, usability, and readability. (Softbound, 18 pp., 2006)
