Cancellation policy
To receive a full refund if you cancel your registration, you must notify us in writing via fax, mail, or email at least 7 work days prior to the start of the seminar. You may contact us by phone at 1-800-344-3555 or 1-617-770-3000, if outside the U.S., anytime from between 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday to place an order. NFPA Members can call for technical assistance between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday.
