NFPA is seeking proposals from qualified public relations professionals to develop and implement a communication program to support a new First Responder Electrical Vehicle Training Program. This project is contingent upon funding from the Department of Energy (DOE). It is intended to be a three year project beginning in 2010. Download the Request for Proposals (PDF, 87 KB).
