What does NFPA 303 address?
Provisions apply to the construction and operation of marinas and related facilities, including management issues such as maintenance of fire-fighting equipment and systems, fire department liaison, and watch service; electrical wiring and equipment; fire protection; and berthing and storage of boats. Criteria for operational hazards address heating; storage and handling of fuels, paints, solvents, and fiberglass-reinforced plastics; welding and metal cutting; and servicing LPG and CNG systems.
