November 3, 2009: NFPA has made significant changes to the way it presents online information about its 300+ codes and standards. Based on results of a survey of its Technical Committees (the groups responsible for developing and revising NFPA documents), we are launching new "document information" pages where visitors can learn about all aspects of the revision cycle for any NFPA technical document.
See full list of NFPA documents; choose any document to see new page design.
The document information pages, already some of the most visited pages on NFPA's Web site, have been streamlined to provide one central location for document revision cycle and Technical Committee information, which will be displayed in three major tabbed-sections:
We've also added new search capabilities that will allow you to quickly and easily find the document you're looking for based on document range, number, or title. In the coming months, we'll be adding information about Technical Committee meeting notices, agendas, and minutes to our new document information pages.
We hope that these changes will make your search for information about NFPA's codes and standards more efficient. We welcome your feedback and suggestions.
