Check Out NFPA’s Document Information Pages New Look!

In the fall of 2008, all committee members were asked to participate in an online survey. Based on their feedback for NFPA to provide document specific information, we are pleased to announce that the Document Information Pages (Codes & Standards®List of NFPA codes and standards) on NFPA’s website have a new look.

Our new pages have been streamlined to provide one central location for you to find all of the information needed about our codes and standards. The information on the new pages will be displayed in three major tabbed-sections:

Document information: document scope, archived revision information on current and previous editions of documents, and the ability to view and purchase current and previous editions of documents

Next edition: current revision cycle information, Report on Proposals, Report on Comments; NITMAMs

Technical Committee: Committee name, committee scope, staff liaison, ECommittee link; List of Committee members; link to apply to a committee

To further support the NFPA codes and standards process, in the coming months we will be transferring all public information currently stored on the ECommittee sites (i.e., meeting notices, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes) to these pages.

We hope that this change will make your use of NFPA’s online resources simple and efficient.
