March 18, 2013 — The latest issue of NFPA Journal®, the official magazine of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), features IKEA’s efforts to develop protection criteria for a particularly hazardous type of stored commodity.
The NFPA cover story details the development and testing process, through the expansion of NFPA 13, to safeguard expanded plastic products stored in the global home retailer’s warehouses against the threat of fire.
