The Risk Watch logo and icons may be used to promote the implementation of Risk Watch, subject to the following style guide:

The Risk Watch logo and/or icons may not be revised or altered in any way. They must be displayed in the same form as produced by NFPA and cannot be reproduced unless such reproduction is identical to the logo and icons provided by NFPA.

The Risk Watch logo and/or icons may be used on literature, stationery, forms, as well as ancillary materials such as presentation folders, key chains, mugs, pens, pencils, etc.

The Risk Watch logo and/or icons may not be used in any manner that detracts from the high ideals of NFPA or from the values, particularly fire and life safety values, espoused by NFPA.

The Risk Watch logo and/or icons may not be used in any manner which would tend to imply a connection between NFPA and the user which, in fact, may not exist. This includes any use of the logo and icons that the public might construe as an endorsement, approval, or sponsorship by NFPA or the user in non-Risk Watch related work.

The Risk Watch logo and/or icons may not be used in a commercial manner to promote any product, process or service.

No person gains any rights whatsoever in the Risk Watch logo and/or icons or their use; they remain the property of NFPA. NFPA reserves the right in its sole discretion to require the removal of the Risk Watch logo and/or icons from any location or thing NFPA feels does not comply with these guidelines, or which could or does discredit the Association.

Cessation of implementation of Risk Watch automatically terminates any rights to use the Risk Watch logo and/or icons.
