Harry Reid International Airport (formerly McCarran International Airport – name changed 12/14/21) is conveniently located just 2 miles from Las Vegas Boulevard and most hotels located within a 15-minute drive from the airport. Harry Reid International Airport currently has more than 1,050 inbound and outbound flights per day and direct service to nearly 150 U.S. and international cities (as of June 2022). From the airport to the Las Vegas Strip, you have four transport options: taxi, private shuttle, the bus, or airport shuttle.

From Harry Reid International Airport:
The Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino’s main self-parking structure is located on the west side of the building and can be accessed via Hacienda or Frank Sinatra Way.
The Convention Center parking garage (3950 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV 89119) is located on the south end of the building and can be accessed via Las Vegas Boulevard or Russell Road.
Vehicles that are self-parked at any MGM Resorts parking facility for longer than one hour will be subject to a parking fee. The self-parking fee is $9.00 for vehicles parked between 1-2 hours, $12.00 parked between 2-4 hours and $15.00 for vehicles parked between 4-24 hours at Mandalay Bay and Delano. Valet parking is $16 for the first 4 hours and $24 for 4-24 hours.
All parking fees repeat every 24 hours. Parking fees may be higher during special events. For registered hotel guests, the 24 hour parking fee (self or valet) includes “in and out” privileges at the guest’s originating MGM resort and also includes the same “in and out” parking privileges at any other MGM resort within the same 24 hour period, subject to availability. Parking fees are subject to change and parking is subject to availability.
Ride share (Uber & Lyft)
Uber / Lyft riders getting picked up from Harry Reid Airport have a dedicated pick-up spot in each terminal. In Terminal 1, head over to T1 Parking and take the elevator up to Level 2M. In Terminal 3, head to T3 Parking and take the elevator down to the Valet Level (V).
Mandalay Bay-Excalibur Tram
This free Las Vegas Monorail varies based on what hotel you start at. If you start at the Excalibur main station, the monorail will take you directly to Mandalay Bay - about a 3-minutes trip. If you start from Mandalay Bay, you will stop at the Luxor and then the Excalibur - about a 7-minutes trip. Hours of operations to be posted later closer to the show.

Parking at MGM resorts
All properties within the NFPA Conference & Expo block are part of the MGM resort family.
Mandalay Bay Convention Center has wheelchair ramps, automatic doors, passenger elevators, and accessible restrooms for those who need them.
A limited number of complimentary scooters will be available, for day use only, at the NFPA Conference & Expo Information Desk located in the Mandalay Bay foyer, South Convention Center, Level 2 on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you need guaranteed availability, or an extended time frame, it is recommended you reserve through a local service company.
All parking at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center is available on a first-come, first-served basis, including disability permit parking. Exact numbers of available spaces vary according to show traffic.
Service animals
Animals are not permitted on the Mandalay Bay Convention Center premises except in conjunction with an approved exhibit or in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Animals that are approved to be on the convention center premises must be on a leash, within a pen, or under similar control. The owner will be fully responsible for his/her animal(s).
