May 7, 2010 – The 2010 May/June issue of NFPA Journal®, the official magazine of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), explores the fire protection systems of the newest and biggest addition to the Vegas Strip, CityCenter, in the cover story, City within a City.

Scott Sutherland, the executive editor of NFPA Journal, takes an inside tour of the fire protection systems with engineers from Rolf Jensen & Associates, Inc. that worked on the project.  He gives an exclusive look at how they were able to make the 18 million square foot development safe and what it took to design the systems.
