In Honor of Home Fire Sprinkler Week, HFSC President Highlights the Coalition’s 25 Years of Work

Home Fire Sprinkler Week (HFSW) is coming to a close, but the message of home fire sprinklers is one that always needs to be shared. The annual initiative is a project of the Home Fire Sprinkler Coalition (HFSC) and the NFPA Fire Sprinkler Initiative (FSI). This week-long campaign is the perfect opportunity to get the tools you need to help further the life-saving educational message of home fire sprinklers.

These tools include:

  • A brand new HFSW digital campaign to reach younger homebuyers to help emphasize the need for home fire sprinklers in communities
  • A new video to highlight the green benefits of installing home fire sprinklers (link to video)

This year marks HSFC’s 25th anniversary and to celebrate, HFSC developed a weekly video series that will launch later this month and touches on topics such as the environmental impact of fire sprinklers and firefighter safety. Hear what HFSC board members and other important voices in the Fire & Life Safety Ecosystem have to say in these engaging interviews.

To kick off the video series, here is HFSC President Lorraine Carli to explain the history and evolution of the coalition, its dedication to the life-saving technology of home sprinklers, its commitment to grassroots fire safety education, and HFSC’s emphasis on digital and online resources to further the important messages of the coalition:
