In the span of just 12 days, the U.S. has witnessed two horrific active shooter events that to date, according to news sources, have claimed the lives of 31 people, including 19 children, and wounded 18. NFPA has resources to help communities and first responders work together to prepare for these events, with the goal of reducing deaths and injuries.
