NFPA announces special membership offering for electrical inspection professionals

June 16, 2022 – The National Fire Protection Association® (NFPA®) has announced its electrical inspection membership is now available for qualified professionals for a special introductory offer of $99. Specialists who work in a public or governmental agency capacity and who perform electrical inspections, plans review, or inspection program administration, are eligible to apply for the membership.

A strong electrical inspection program plays a vital role in safety and compliance with NFPA 70®, National Electrical Code® (NEC®) and other codes can help safeguard people and property from electrical-related hazards. The NFPA electrical membership actively supports many roles and a diverse group of professionals who understand the NEC and how its requirements are applied. It is aimed at both supporting the unique needs of and helping preserve the independent voices of electrical inspectors.
