Safety tip sheets

Print these reproducible safety tip sheets to distribute at community events.

As you deck the halls, be fire smart. A small fire that spreads to a Christmas tree (PDF, 1 MB) can grow large very quickly.

Remember: a candle (PDF, 792 KB) is an open flame, which means that it can easily ignite anything that can burn.

The leading cause of kitchen fires is unattended cooking (PDF, 171 KB), so stay alert when cooking this holiday.

The holidays (PDF, 962 KB) are a time for families and friends to gather. But that also means a greater risk for fire.

Gift tags and Christmas tree tags
Give the gift of fire safety with these colorful gift tags (PDF, 744). Duplicate the tags and distribute to residents to use with their gift-giving.

Our Christmas tree tags (PDF, 340 KB) provide important fire safety information. Make copies of the tags and ask local retailers to distribute with every tree sold.
