Denise Hynes works in the fifth largest fire department in North America, in one of the most diverse cities in the world, and serves a population of nearly three million residents. Learn how she has developed workshops, prop kits and safety events using NFPA resources to reach community members from preschool to older adults that educators can implement in their communities. She will be joined by Laura King, Public Education Representative-Canada, for NFPA.
