Standard for the Installation of Foam-Water Sprinkler and Foam-Water Spray Systems

NFPA 16 was withdrawn at the Fall 2020 revision cycle.  NFPA 16 material has been incorporated into NFPA 11.  The Council voted to approve the withdrawal of NFPA 16 on June 26, 2020.

This standard contains minimum requirements for the design, installation, and maintenance of foam-water sprinkler and spray systems that use low-expansion foam.
