At this time, we are proceeding as planned to hold a safe and successful NFPA Conference & Expo in Orlando. We continue to watch closely the guidance of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and are monitoring for any new developments that may inform future decisions.

Product Showcase

Product showcase will be situated in high-traffic, can’t miss location near the exhibit hall entrance. Participating company’s graphics will occupy one panel. Promotional content may include: company name, booth number, company logo, product description, and photo of product. It’s your design so be creative with it! Download the request form.


Expo Guide advertising

Fla-Mingle in the Florida Booth Crawl

Opening night, June 15 from 5-6 p.m., we will have food & beverage throughout the Expo floor, driven mainly by participating exhibitors. Attendees will be given a map of the participating exhibitors, and they will be encouraged to visit each booth to have a bite to eat or drink, and mingle with the exhibitors. Attendees who visit all participating exhibitors’ booths will be entered into a drawing to win a prize. Get more information.

Expo Hall floor stickers

Let our audience know you’re exhibiting! Each step will bring attendees closer to your booth! These 5’x5’ stickers are strategically placed at the front of the selected aisle, as well as on the main cross aisle (two stickers in total). Get more information.

Floor Plan

Bookmark the online floor plan and check it often as the plan changes with new sales, exhibit space moves, and so forth. If you see an open location that you would prefer or if you are near a competitor, please contact your account executive to discuss moving.

Please note that it is the exhibitor's responsibility to monitor the online floor plan in the event a competitor selects a location near or next to them.

The NFPA C&E Expo Guide features everything EXPO related and includes your company’s 50-word description along with product categories and is distributed at registration.

Exhibitor alert

Please be careful when contacted by a third party vendor posing or leading you to believe that they are working on behalf of the NFPA Conference & Expo. Some companies that use this tactic are housing vendors and list rental companies.

- Housing - Orchid is the official housing bureau for NFPA C&E and reservations need to be made through the NFPA C&E travel site and not by a company contacting you.

- List Rentals - NFPA C&E does NOT rent or sell the registrant lists. Any exhibitor that is paid in full will receive the registrant list with mailing information only (no phone or E-mail) 30 days pre-event and 14 days post-event.

Exhibitor badge registration

An exhibitor badge is used for company personnel that will be working your show booth. There is no cost for exhibitor badges. To order exhibitor badges you will need your booth number and zip code used to invoice your booth space.

For exhibiting personnel who also want to attend educational sessions during the event. Each exhibiting company has a complimentary allotment of exhibitor conference badges, based on the booth size in the event. Additional exhibitor conference badges can be ordered at the prevailing registration price.

- 100-300 sq. ft. - 1 complimentary exhibitor conference badge
- 400-700 sq. ft. - 2 complimentary exhibitor conference badges
- 800-1,300 sq. ft. - 3 complimentary exhibitor conference badges
- 1,400-2,400 sq. ft. - 4 complimentary exhibitor conference badges
- 2,500 + sq. ft. - 5 complimentary exhibitor conference badges

Rules and regulations

Displaying vehicles - Deadline May 15

If you will be displaying a vehicle in your booth, please submit an authorization form by May 15. Freeman will have to “spot” the vehicle during move in. Based on your location and the size of the vehicle, if we need to schedule a special move in time, we will notify you.

Rigging – All aerial rigging is handled by the Orange County Convention Center. If you are in an island booth and plan on hanging a sign, please see the OCCC packet for the rigging information.

Freeman transportation

Exhibitors are allowed to use whatever trucking company they want to for shipping their materials in and out. Freeman also offers transportation services.

Orange County Convention Center services - Deadline May 21

The OCCC is the exclusive provider of electricity, aerial rigging labor, lighting, water, plumbing, compressed air, natural & LP gas, and cable TV. The OCCC’s exclusive service partners include: internet, telecommunications by Smart City, F&B by Centerplate, and Business Center by FedEx Office.
